We offer demonstration butchery classes for both private groups or scheduled classes for individuals who are hungry for knowledge or simply wanting to brush up on existing skills.
All participants receive a solid foundation of understanding of butchery, covering cuts, trimming & preparation. We’ll also teach you what to look for when buying meat & how to cook the perfect steak, roast or slow braise. You’ll be able to taste the produce after your class, with meat cooked to perfection on our charcoal grill! Contact us for available dates.
